A software house that closes the gaps
From Belgrade we build and operate our own products, and design bespoke information systems alongside them. One rule ties them together: we don't sell modules, we remove the space between them.

Who we are
Konis Software is a Belgrade software house that builds and runs its own products, and designs information systems to measure on top of them.
We are neither a pure product company nor a classic outsourcing shop. With one hand we develop a family of products — from the NG Commerce platform to AI agents — and keep them running in production for the people who use them. With the other we design bespoke information systems wherever an off-the-shelf product doesn't cover the whole job.
What holds it together is not a list of modules but one obsession: the gaps between systems. The goods are physically there, but the data about them stops at the border between the warehouse and sales. We don't sell modules — we remove the space between them, so data travels on its own instead of being retyped by hand.
That is why the two sides of the company feed each other. Our own products have been through real traffic and a real audit, so we enter bespoke projects with components that already survived production. And every requirement from a live system comes back into the products as a feature, not an exception.
We work out of Belgrade, but the systems we make run where goods are received, where invoices are fiscalized, and where a customer calls at midnight. So the measure isn't a demo that looks good — it's the day a company switches to our system and the gap that used to need a person is simply gone.
How we think
Five rules for how we choose what to build and how — and how you can measure us.
Flow first, screens second
We don't start from screen design, we start from how data actually moves through the company. Map the flow all the way and you end up with half the screens — because most of them existed only so someone could retype something somewhere.
Integrate instead of replace
Your ERP, accounting and warehouse stay where they are. We connect them over APIs, because “throw it all out and start over” is the most expensive and riskiest plan there is, and rarely the necessary one.
A rollout that ends in production
Every phase ends in something people actually use, not a presentation they watch. We'd rather put one flow into real work in a few weeks than deliver the whole system “on paper” a year later.
Auditability and ownership of the code
Every decision the system makes leaves a trail you can check. The code, the data and the infrastructure are yours from day one — no vendor lock-in, and no situation where your business depends on our goodwill.
Software that survives real traffic
We don't build things that only work on clean data and an empty system. We build for peak load, for bad connectivity in the field, and for users with no patience — that's where software either proves itself or breaks.
Where we work
Six areas where our products and projects cover the whole flow — of goods, money, documents and conversations.
Digital commerce
NG Commerce runs the catalog, checkout, payment and orders as one system, instead of every channel keeping its own version of stock and price.
Manufacturing and planning
NG Operations is the planning layer between ERP and the warehouse — turning demand into a plan and work orders, computing material requirements (MRP), and driving execution down to what can actually be delivered on time.
Warehousing and logistics
KickOff WMS keeps order in the warehouse down to the bin and batch, while Fleet Stop runs tire service and the vehicle fleet where goods hit the road.
Sales and customer relations
NG Sara autonomously runs the sales conversation and closes, while KickOff CRM keeps the history of the relationship so no contact is left without a next step.
Communication and AI agents
NG Nora answers calls and messages by voice and text, and Mailbook merges every channel into one inbox where AI replies and hands off to a person when needed.
Regulation and documentation
NG eFiscal fiscalizes receipts as an ESIR class 3 device (approval 1587/1.0.0), and DocDot keeps documents under control — with versions, access rights and a record of who changed what.
Get in touch
We sit in Belgrade and answer email and phone — no three-step forms. Tell us where the process stalls, and we'll come back with a concrete proposal.
