Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data Konis Software Doo collects through konissoftware.com, on what legal basis, how long it is kept, and what rights you have. The site only collects data you send us yourself through the contact form — there are no accounts, logins, payments, or advertising tracking.

01Controller and contact

The data controller is Konis Software Doo, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, with its seat at Kaplara Momčila Gavrića 7, 11010 Belgrade. Its tax identification number (PIB) is 111929303.

For any question about the processing of personal data or to exercise your rights, write to office@konissoftware.com or call +381 66 000 977.

02What data we collect and why

The only way personal data is collected on the site is the contact form. We use what you enter there solely to answer your enquiry and, if it comes to that, to carry on the business correspondence related to your request.

Filling in the form is voluntary. If you leave the fields blank you simply cannot send us a message this way, but you can always email us directly.

  • Full name — so we know who we are addressing.
  • Company name — to understand the context of the enquiry.
  • Email address — so we can reply.
  • Phone number (optional) — only if you want us to reach you by phone.
  • Message — a description of what you are writing to us about.

03How the message is sent

When you submit the form, the data you entered is forwarded as an email over SMTP to office@konissoftware.com. The message reaches us and stays within our business mailbox.

We do not sell, rent, or hand your data to advertisers or data brokers. We share it only where the law or a competent authority requires it.

04Legal basis for processing

We process the contact-form data on the basis of the consent you give by sending the message, or to take steps at your request before a possible contract is entered into. The protection against form abuse (reCAPTCHA and request rate limiting) rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional.

We process data in accordance with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act. For visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies where it is the governing law.

05reCAPTCHA and third-party processing

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which distinguishes genuine visitors from automated spam. To make that assessment, reCAPTCHA gathers data about the interaction with the page and sends it to Google for processing; Google acts as an independent processor in that step.

Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing. Apart from reCAPTCHA, the site uses no other third-party tools for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

06Local storage and cookies

Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage, purely so we can remember that setting on your next visit. That value stays in your browser, is not sent to us, and does not identify you.

The site sets no advertising cookies and no cookies that track visitor behaviour. We do not use Google Analytics, marketing pixels, or similar profiling technologies.

07Retention

We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any correspondence that follows from it, and then delete them, unless a regulation obliges us to keep them longer.

To guard against abuse, a visitor's IP address is held transiently in the server's memory in order to limit an excessive number of requests. That value is temporary, is not written to persistent storage, and is discarded on its own once a short time window elapses.

08Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the rights provided by the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and, where relevant, by the GDPR. You can send a request to office@konissoftware.com and we will act on it within the statutory time limit.

  • Access — to learn whether and which of your data we process.
  • Rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
  • Erasure — to have data deleted when there is no longer a basis for processing it.
  • Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting processing carried out until then.
  • Complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, as the supervisory authority.

09Security and changes

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions travel over a secured SMTP connection. We apply security headers and limit access to the business mailbox to authorised people. No transmission of data over the internet is entirely without risk, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may amend this policy from time to time to keep pace with changes to the site or to the law. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.
