Why NG One
Companies that work across several separate programs keep asking where the single record of the customer, the item and the money lives. NG One is the answer to that question: an ERP in which finance and operations work on the same data, so a report no longer starts with reconciling spreadsheets and management decides on a figure it trusts.
NG One consists of fifteen modules: accounting and finance, suppliers and procurement, commerce and sales, CRM, inventory and stocktaking, warehouse and logistics, production and MRP, budgeting, planning and controlling, projects and their costs, fixed assets, people and payroll, documents with approvals, reporting and BI, several companies and currencies with a compliance layer, and electronic signature. Every module reads the same record instead of sending copies to the others.
AI is part of NG One's foundation, not an add-on. NG Copilot answers business questions over current data, forecasting estimates cash flow, demand and purchasing needs, and deviation checks flag risks early. OCR reads incoming documents, and an agent carries out repetitive steps — strictly within the rules and approvals the company sets. Through MCP and the API the same data is available to the AI agents the company already uses, with the same access rights.
NG One does not push out the systems a company already has. CRM, warehouse and documents are core modules, while the other Konis products are neighbours: NG Commerce sells, NG Operations plans and runs production, NG Sara and NG Nora talk to customers, and posting stays in NG One. Connections to banks and payment systems, fiscalization and eInvoicing, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and BI tools run through a REST API and webhooks. Delivery is in the cloud, on your own server or combined.
For companies that need only a CRM, only document management or only a warehouse system, Konis also offers standalone products of the same family: NG CRM, NG DMS and NG WMS. In NG One those areas are core modules, so a company can start with one product and grow into the whole system.

Can NG One take over the role of our existing ERP?
Yes. NG One is the ERP core for accounting, procurement, sales, inventory, production, projects, people and documents. It does not have to replace your other systems — it connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, banks, fiscalization and BI tools, as well as to the online stores, warehouse, CRM and DMS systems the company already runs. What moves into NG One and what stays connected is decided by the analysis.
How does NG One relate to the other Konis products?
NG Commerce, NG Operations, NG Sara and NG Nora use the same master data as NG One: the store sends sales, NG Operations production plans and output, and the AI agents work on the customer's history. NG One keeps posting and code lists, while each of those products keeps its own job. The standalone products of the same family — NG CRM, NG DMS and NG WMS — are meant for companies that need one system; in NG One those areas are integrated modules.
What does AI do in NG One?
Six capabilities: an assistant that answers business questions and quickly analyses data, forecasting of cash flow, demand and purchasing, detection of deviations and risks, OCR and AI processing of incoming documents, suggested next steps, and an agent that carries out routine steps. All of it works only within the rules and approvals the company sets, and every action leaves a trail.
Where does NG One run: in the cloud or on our server?
Both, and a combination of the two. The model is chosen according to the company's requirements for security, data control and growth, and connections to your environment go through a REST API and webhooks, regardless of the model chosen.
Can it handle several companies and currencies?
Yes, that is part of the core, not an add-on. Each legal entity has its own rules and compliance requirements, with a summary view of the whole group, and currencies are tracked from procurement and sales to postings and reports.
