The whole company in one system, one source of truth

NG ONE is a next-generation core business system. It brings finance, procurement, sales, inventory, production, projects, people, documents and analytics into one environment, so every fact exists exactly once — from the shop floor to the balance sheet. AI is not bolted on the side; it sits in the core, analyzing, forecasting, reading incoming documents and proposing the next move. The system connects to banks, fiscalization and eInvoicing, BI platforms and the tools you already use, and it orchestrates the rest of the Konis ecosystem instead of displacing it. It runs in the cloud, on-premise or hybrid, by the rules you set.

What it is

One source of truth for the whole company

Data usually scatters: finance in one program, the warehouse in another, sales in a spreadsheet, documents in someone's inbox. Every report then starts with reconciliation instead of a decision. NG ONE removes that step — one record, one source, one view of the company.

The core is fifteen modules: finance and accounting, procurement and suppliers, sales and commerce, CRM, inventory, warehouse and logistics, production and MRP, planning, budgeting and controlling, projects and costs, fixed assets, HR and payroll, documents with workflow and approvals, BI and reporting, multi-company and multi-currency with a compliance layer, and eSign. They do not exchange data — they share it, because they read the same source of truth.

AI is built into that core rather than added at the end. The Copilot answers business questions over live data, forecasting projects cash flow, demand and purchasing needs, anomaly detection surfaces risks and deviations before they become problems, OCR and AI processing take over incoming documents, and agentic workflow executes routine steps and suggests the next best action — always within the rules and approvals you define.

NG ONE does not ask the rest of your landscape to disappear. it is the center into which NG Commerce, NG Operations, NG Sara, NG Nora, KickOff CRM, KickOff WMS, Mailbook and DocDot DMS converge, while it connects to what you already have — banks and payment systems, fiscalization and eInvoicing, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, BI and data platforms. The architecture is API-first, with a REST API and webhooks, and the system runs in the cloud, on-premise or hybrid, according to your security and scalability requirements.

How it works

How data travels through the system

The same loop closes for every invoice, every order and every decision: data enters once, passes through process and control, becomes insight and returns as action. Nothing is retyped and nothing drifts apart.

  1. 01

    Data

Every record is created once and lives in one place. Master data — partners, items, accounts, price lists — is shared across all modules, so there are never two versions of the same truth.

Master data shared across every moduleIncoming documents through OCR and AI processingData from connected systems and integrationsOne record, no double entry
  2. 02

    Process

Operations run on that same record: procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse, production and projects. Each document continues the previous one instead of repeating it.

Procurement: purchase order, receipt, invoiceSales and CRM: quote, order, deliveryInventory, warehouse and logisticsProduction, MRP and projects with costs
  3. 03

    Control

Nothing passes outside the rules. Workflow routes a document to whoever approves it, the compliance layer checks the requirements, and the signature is applied electronically.

  4. 04

    Insight

The same live data reads back as a number: role-based dashboards, BI reports with drill-down to the source document, and forecasting that looks ahead.

    Action

Insight returns to the business. The Copilot answers the question, the system proposes the next move, and routine steps run on their own — inside the boundaries you set.

Capabilities

What you get

Fifteen modules and the AI layer that ties them together — from bookkeeping and procurement to production, projects, people and reports. All on one source of truth, with no overnight synchronization and no re-keying between systems.

  • Finance, accounting and fixed assets

General ledger, receivables and payables, postings that arise from the operation instead of after-the-fact entry, and a fixed-asset register inside the same system.

  • Procurement and suppliers

Supplier records, purchase orders, receiving and incoming invoices in one chain — with incoming documents picked up by AI processing instead of an operator.

  • Sales, commerce and CRM

Quotes, contracts, sales orders and price lists, with a CRM that keeps the customer relationship in the same system where that relationship is invoiced.

  • Inventory, warehouse and logistics

Stock levels, stocktaking, warehouse operations and logistics on the same item that procurement, sales and finance all see.

  • Production and MRP

Bills of materials, material requirements and production control, with the option to hand planning and execution to NG Operations when manufacturing is complex.

  • Planning, budgeting, controlling and projects

Budgets by organizational unit, plan-versus-actual comparison, and projects whose costs attach to real documents rather than to an estimate.

  • HR and payroll

Employee records, organizational structure and payroll, with labor cost flowing into controlling and into product cost.

  • Documents, workflow and eSign

Versioned documents, tiered approval flows and electronic signing — the approval and the signature stay with the document, not in an email thread.

  • BI, dashboards and reporting

Role-based KPI cards and reports over a live database, with drill-down from a total to an individual invoice, order or receipt.

  • Multi-company, multi-currency and compliance

Several legal entities and currencies in one installation, with a consolidated view and a compliance layer that follows the rules of each entity.

  • AI Copilot and forecasting

The Copilot answers business questions and runs quick analysis over live data, forecasts cash flow, demand and purchasing needs, and surfaces anomalies, risks and deviations.

  • OCR and agentic automation

AI processing of incoming documents, automated recommendations and next-best-action, and an agentic workflow that runs routine steps on its own, within the limits you set.

  • Low entry cost

Only a 10% deposit to reserve your place.

  • A clear plan

Defined deadlines, phases and payment model.

  • Payment follows progress

The largest part of the investment is tied to delivery and go-live.

Payment model

The investment follows the progress of the solution: a small deposit on application, a share on presentation of the finished solution, and the largest part only once the system is live.

  • On application

The reservation deposit paid on application.

  • On presentation

Paid at the presentation of the finished solution, when implementation begins.

  • On go-live

Due once implementation is complete and the solution is in production.

NG ONE is not just an ERP

It is the foundation of your company's future business system. Reserve your early adopter status by 1 September and lock in the 40% discount.

The program applies to applications received by 1 September. The exact scope and price of the solution are determined by an analysis of your processes — the discount and the payment schedule apply to the price established that way.

FAQ

NG ONE — FAQ

Does NG ONE replace our existing ERP and other systems?

NG ONE is the central business system and takes over the ERP core — finance, procurement, sales, inventory, production, projects, people and documents. It does not push the systems around it aside: it connects to banks, fiscalization and eInvoicing, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, BI and data platforms, as well as the eCommerce, WMS, CRM and DMS systems you already run. What moves into the core and what stays connected is decided during the analysis.

How does NG ONE fit with the other Konis products?

NG ONE is the center into which NG Commerce, NG Operations, NG Sara, NG Nora, KickOff CRM, KickOff WMS, Mailbook and DocDot DMS converge. Sales from NG Commerce, planning and execution from NG Operations, the warehouse from KickOff WMS and documents from DocDot all work on the same master data and the same source of truth. NG ONE orchestrates them; they stay at their own job.

What exactly does the AI do?

Six things. The Copilot answers business questions and runs quick analysis over your data. Forecasting covers cash flow, demand and purchasing needs. Anomaly detection surfaces risks and deviations. OCR and AI processing take over incoming documents. The system produces automated recommendations and next-best-action. Agentic workflow executes routine steps — always within the rules and approvals you define.

Does NG ONE run in the cloud or on our own servers?

Both, and in combination. The architecture supports cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployment, so the choice follows your requirements for security, data control and scalability. The approach is API-first — a REST API and webhooks — so integrating with your environment does not depend on the delivery model.

Does it handle several companies and currencies?

Yes. Multi-company and multi-currency are part of the core, not an add-on: several legal entities live in one installation, each with its own rules and compliance requirements, with a consolidated view of the group. Multi-currency operations are tracked across the whole flow — from procurement and sales to postings and reports.

How is pricing determined?

On request only. It depends on scope — the number of modules and companies, the complexity of your processes, the integrations required and the delivery model (cloud, on-premise or hybrid). After a short conversation and an analysis you receive a proposed scope and an offer.

NG ONE is marked "coming soon" — what does that mean, and what does early access bring?

The solution is in development and is not yet live with customers. Companies that want to be first can join the early access program: applications received by 1 September carry a 40% lower price for the solution, against a 10% reservation deposit on signup. The presentation of the finished solution follows by 28 February 2027, when implementation begins. The full financing model, with its phases and installments, is set out in the early access section on this page.
