One system instead of nine
A typical retailer runs the storefront in one tool, orders in another, the warehouse in a third, fiscalization in a fourth and marketing in a fifth. Every seam is a place where data stalls or disappears.
NG Commerce joins the entire chain into one system. A customer brought in by a Google or Meta ad, from a marketplace, through the B2B portal or by a field sales rep — all enter the same catalog, the same pricing policy and the same checkout. The order is fiscalized immediately, reserves stock, opens a warehouse task and pulls a courier label.
Stock, prices, promotions and orders live in one place. No overnight synchronizations that fall apart, no spreadsheet that is the "real" one, no item sold that the warehouse does not have.
The platform is API-first and composable: your existing ERP, WMS or accounting stay where they are. NG Commerce orchestrates them, it does not replace them. The reverse holds too — every module runs on its own and can be switched on in sequence, without a big-bang rollout.

How a customer becomes a delivered order
The same flow, no matter where the customer came from. Each step hands the next one structured data — not a PDF and not an email.

NG Commerce — FAQ
Does NG Commerce replace our ERP?
No. NG Commerce integrates with your existing ERP, WMS and accounting through APIs and connectors. Master data and finance stay where they are, while NG Commerce takes over commerce, orders and sales channels.
Can we start with a single channel?
Yes. The usual path is a B2C storefront or a B2B portal in the first phase, with marketplace, dropshipping, ePOS and field sales switched on later. The catalog and stock stay the same — only the channel is added.
How does fiscalization work?
Through NG eFiscal, a software ESIR of class 3 (approval 1587/1.0.0). A paid order is fiscalized directly through the Serbian Tax Authority's V-PFR, without a cash register or printer. The customer receives a receipt with a QR code and a verification link.
Do you support selling outside Serbia?
Yes. The platform supports multiple languages, currencies and tax rules, along with localized payment and delivery methods per market. Fiscalization applies in the markets where it is mandated.
What is the supplier hub?
A shared space with your suppliers: their catalogs, purchase prices, availability and lead times. In a dropshipping model the order goes to the supplier automatically and the delivery status flows back to the customer.
How long does implementation take?
Typically four to twelve weeks, depending on the number of channels, catalog size and the systems to integrate. Rollout runs in phases, with each phase ending in production — you do not wait for the end of the project.
How is pricing determined?
On request. Pricing depends on the number of channels, catalog size, required integrations and support level. After a short conversation about your processes you get a phased rollout proposal and an estimate.
