In these terms "we", "us", and "Konis Software" refer to that company, and "you" to a visitor using the site.

The product names NG Commerce, NG Sara, NG Nora, NG eFiscal, NG Operations, Fleet Stop, Mailbook, KickOff CRM, KickOff WMS, and DocDot, together with the logos and other marks of Konis Software, are our designations. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm its operation, its security, or other users.

The site may contain links to the official sites of our products and to third-party pages. Such links are provided for your information.

We have no control over the content and policies of pages we do not maintain and take no responsibility for them. Use of those pages is subject to their own terms.
