Straight answers to common questions
The things we are asked most often about engagement, products, AI agents and security — gathered in one place. Pricing is always on request; if your question is not here, get in touch and you get a concrete answer.
01Company and engagement
Who is Konis Software and what do you do?
Konis Software (legal name Konis Software Doo) is a software company based in Belgrade, at Kaplara Momčila Gavrića 7, 11010 Belgrade (tax ID / PIB 111929303). We build enterprise software and AI solutions, and offer a full information-system design and development service. Across eleven of our own products we cover commerce, manufacturing, logistics, communication, fiscalization and document management.
What does an engagement with Konis Software look like?
An engagement starts by mapping the flow — how data actually travels through the company — and only then do the screens follow. Rollout runs in phases, and every phase ends in production, not in a presentation. We build for real traffic, a real audit and a user with no patience, not for demos.
When do you see the first result?
The first result is in operation within weeks, not after a year. Rollout is split into phases, so each phase ends in production and delivers measurable value before moving on to the next. The exact schedule depends on the number of channels, the volume of data and the systems to integrate.
Who owns the code, data and infrastructure after rollout?
The code, data and infrastructure are yours — with no vendor lock-in. Every decision the system makes leaves an audit trail, and you can export your data at any time. The goal is for you to remain the owner of the system, not its tenant.
What does support look like after go-live?
After go-live Konis Software continues with maintenance, monitoring and development of further phases. The system is not delivered and abandoned — it grows as the business grows and as new channels or integrations appear. The scope and model of support are agreed according to how critical the system is.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is always on request, because it depends on scope, the number of channels, the integrations required and the level of support. After a short conversation about your processes you get a phased rollout proposal and an estimate. For NG Sara an outcome-based model is also possible, tied to accepted offers or a share of the revenue generated.
02Products
How do the ten Konis Software products fit together?
The ten products share one engineering school and one path of data through the company. NG Commerce is the operating system of a trading business, NG Sara and NG Nora are AI agents for sales and communication, while NG eFiscal, NG Operations and Fleet Stop cover fiscalization, manufacturing and tire service. The business suite — Mailbook, KickOff CRM, KickOff WMS and DocDot — covers communication, customer relationships, the warehouse and documentation.
Can each product run on its own?
Yes. Each product solves its own problem all the way and runs on its own, then switches on in sequence, without a big-bang rollout. You can take only NG eFiscal for fiscalization over the API, only KickOff WMS for the warehouse or only NG Sara for sales — and add the rest later, when the time comes.
Does any product replace our ERP?
NG Commerce does not replace an ERP — it integrates with your existing ERP, accounting and warehouse over APIs and orchestrates them, while master data and finance stay where they are. If you need manufacturing planning and execution, NG Operations covers ERP, MRP and MES for manufacturing companies. The choice depends on whether you are extending an existing system or building a new one.
How do the products connect to systems we already use?
All the products are API-first: they connect to your existing ERP, CRM, WMS and accounting systems over an open API and connectors, and the AI agents also through MCP connectors. They work with each other natively and with zero setup — for example NG Sara with NG Commerce and KickOff CRM. The principle is integration, not replacement: your systems stay where they are.
Can we start with one product and add more later?
Yes, that is the usual scenario. You start from one channel or one product — say a B2C storefront in NG Commerce or fiscalization through NG eFiscal — and the rest switches on in phases, without migration and without downtime. The catalog, stock and customers stay the same; only the new part is added.
What is the difference between NG Commerce, KickOff WMS and NG Operations?
NG Commerce is the operating system of a trading business — catalog, sales channels, checkout, orders and fiscalization. KickOff WMS is a warehouse management system: receiving, locations, picking and dispatch. NG Operations covers manufacturing planning and execution (ERP, MRP, MES). They work together, but each solves its own part of the chain.
03AI agents
What does NG Sara actually do?
NG Sara is an autonomous AI sales agent, not a website chatbot. It grows existing customers (reorders, cross-sell, upsell and win-back) while at the same time finding new ones — from APR registry data, Google Places and published public tenders — then scoring and warming them. For every opportunity that matures it picks the move itself, executes it on the channel the customer uses, and either closes the offer or books a call.
What does NG Nora do?
NG Nora is an AI voice and chat agent for inbound calls and messages. It answers over your existing telephony, holds a natural conversation and resolves the request while the customer is still on the line — checking stock and prices, opening orders and reservations and filing complaints. When a request exceeds its scope, it hands the call to a live agent with the full context, or books a callback.
How much autonomy do the AI agents have, and who makes the decision?
NG Sara runs at three autonomy levels that you choose per segment: Copilot suggests the move and a person sends it, semi-auto prepares the move and waits for approval, and autopilot acts on its own within the guardrails you set. That way you raise the autonomy as trust builds while keeping sensitive segments under human control. No move happens outside the rules you define.
How is what an AI agent does controlled and audited?
Every decision and every message from the AI agents stays in a full audit trail, and NG Nora's conversations have a transcript and a recording. Prohibited topics are defined up front, and NG Sara's knowledge base transparently shows what it learned about products and prices and asks for approval before use. In the Playground, training and rating the answers tune the tone and content before the agent ever faces a customer.
Which channels do NG Sara and NG Nora work on?
NG Sara communicates outbound over Viber, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram, Messenger and web chat, and inbound through the website agent and Instagram DM, plus replies to Google reviews. NG Nora works on the phone over your existing exchange (SIP/VoIP), as a voice assistant on the website and through chat. For each customer, the channel that customer actually uses is chosen.
What data do the AI agents use?
The AI agents work on the data of the systems you already have and on publicly available sources — they do not create a separate database. NG Sara pulls signals from the CRM, the website and conversations, alongside public sources such as APR, Google Places, public tenders and company news. It all happens within the rules you set, and the move is written back into your system.
04Technology and security
What does it mean that the systems are API-first?
API-first means every system has an open API through which it exchanges data, instead of being a closed box. This is how NG Commerce, KickOff WMS, NG eFiscal and the others connect to your existing ERP, CRM and accounting, with the AI agents also using MCP connectors. The architecture is composable: modules switch on in sequence and orchestrate existing systems rather than replacing them.
Where is data stored and who owns it?
The data is yours and can be exported at any time — with no vendor lock-in. The systems run in the cloud, and for clients with specific requirements deployment on your own infrastructure is possible. Ownership of the code, data and infrastructure stays on your side.
How do you stand on GDPR?
We build the systems in alignment with GDPR principles — data minimization, access control and support for the right to erasure and data export. This is alignment with the principles, not a certification: we do not issue a GDPR certificate nor present ourselves as certified. The specific measures are adapted to your processes and the type of data.
How is fiscalization compliance handled?
Fiscalization is handled by NG eFiscal, a software ESIR of class 3 with Tax Authority approval number 1587/1.0.0. Every paid receipt goes directly through V-PFR — the Tax Authority's virtual fiscal receipt processor — and comes back with a fiscal number, a QR code and a verification link. Signing uses a security element (a digital certificate), and the record of every receipt is immutable and append-only.
What security controls are in place?
Communication runs over encrypted connections, access is role-based, and every action in the system leaves a trail that can be audited. The AI agents additionally log every decision, and NG eFiscal has built-in retry and recovery so that no fiscal receipt is lost or duplicated. The specific controls are adapted to how critical the system is and the type of data involved.
