One system instead of five
A typical tire operation books appointments in one tool, tracks stored tires in a spreadsheet, writes work orders on paper, keeps the fleet in another spreadsheet and invoices in accounting. Every handoff is a place where data is lost or duplicated.
Fleet Stop joins the whole chain. A customer or a fleet manager books a slot online, the system sends confirmations and reminders, and a digital work order opens at reception. The fitter scans the tire set, performs the change or repair, and the labour time and materials are recorded automatically.
The removed set goes into the tire hotel: it gets a barcode, a location and a full history — size, season, DOT marking and tread depth. When the next season arrives, the system reminds the customer and the fleet that it is time to switch, and the storeman knows exactly where each set sits.
Billing, fiscalization and posting all come from the same order: the invoice is fiscalized through NG eFiscal, and the line items sync to accounting without re-entry. For distributors and importers with deeper warehousing, Fleet Stop connects to KickOff WMS, while online tire sales run through NG Commerce.

How does the tire hotel work?
Every tire set gets a barcode and a location, along with its size, season, DOT marking and tread depth. Internal transfers between sites stay in the history, and ahead of the season the system reminds the customer that it is time to collect and switch.
How does Fleet Stop reduce no-shows?
